ARTUR TUNYAN, Esq.

​Artur Tunyan is a partner at Tunyan Law, APC, with a focus on immigration law and employment litigation. With over 20 years of legal experience, he combines U.S. immigration expertise with a strong background in international business and public-sector reform.

Before relocating to the United States, Artur led complex legal and policy initiatives in Armenia, advising across sectors such as energy, banking, and aviation. He also oversaw major e-government and public-private partnership (PPP) projects at the national level.

Artur brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to every case—particularly those involving cross-border or multi-stakeholder legal challenges.

Lilit Tunyan is the founder of Tunyan Law, APC, and a seasoned employment attorney focusing on wage and hour class and PAGA actions and wrongful termination cases. She represents workers across California in complex employment litigation and has successfully recovered significant compensation for those impacted by labor law violations

Before founding her firm, Lilit spent over two decades as a corporate attorney in Armenia, leading legal teams in the energy, telecom, and finance sectors. Her international experience, work ethic, and commitment to excellence set her apart.
